1. Safe Harbor Provision
This website functions strictly as an educational resource and informational guide. We operate under the Safe Harbor provision of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host, upload, or manage any copyrighted media files, videos, or streams on our servers.
The OnStream application itself acts solely as a search engine and web scraper, aggregating links that are already publicly available on the internet. We do not possess control over the third-party servers that host the actual media files.
